Reset your password

To keep resident information secure, office passwords are reset by your Office Manager rather than by email.

  1. Ask your Office Manager (or the MP) to reset your password.
  2. They will give you a one-time password.
  3. Sign in with it here, and you will be asked to set your own new password straight away.

If you are the Office Manager and cannot sign in, contact the MP office, and the MP or another manager can reset it for you.
